Katie Brown joined the family business in April 2004, and since then, she has been a crucial link in our client communication network. Katie works closely with project managers to monitor progress and address any issues, playing a significant behind-the-scenes role in maintaining the high standards of Brown & Associates. She is also responsible for overseeing the quality assurance of our corporate work products and correspondence.
